To enhance private offer delivery and optimize AWS Marketplace operations, CSC partnered with CloudSmart to deploy advanced analytics and GTM solutions.

CloudSmart Insights is an AWS Marketplace Sales Intelligence Dashboard that simplifies Cloud GTM and Co-Sell strategies. It streamlines AWS Marketplace Seller reporting through automated data analysis and metric generation. The platform processes sales transaction data from the AWS Marketplace and other custom sources to provide key insights for optimizing sales performance and simplifying the sales process. Sellers can effortlessly visualize real-time sales data, forecasts, and offers, including year-over-year, month-over-month, and quarterly growth, without requiring coding, BI authoring, or data science expertise. CloudSmart empowers sellers with specific customer information, fostering greater customer engagement and sales. Sellers have more visibility to renewals and opportunity sizes, leading to more co-sell.

CloudSmart Insights provides AWS Marketplace sellers with a GTM and co-sell intelligence environment—allowing CSC to automate offer workflows and customer outreach without the need for custom code or data science expertise.
